This website sets no cookies, doesn’t track visits and loads nothing from other servers. Whatever data still comes up along the way is described here. This is a translation; the German version is legally binding.

2. Hosting and server

The website runs on a server that we rent from STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, and operate ourselves. The data center is located in Germany.

When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary information: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the browser identifier and your browser’s language setting. The language setting is used only to open the site in German or English. All of this serves solely to deliver the pages (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The web server does not store access logs for this website. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or marketing tools. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server. Opening a page creates no connection to any other provider.

4. Requests by form, email or phone

The form for demos, consultations and callbacks does not transmit any data yet. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us (for example your name, studio, email address, phone number and your request) to answer your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or steps prior to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling requests under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the information once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

We receive and send email through Google Workspace by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We have a data processing agreement with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out; it is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

5. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal message to the email address above is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
