Which studios is MyStudio made for?
For beauty studios of every craft: Hair, Nails, Lashes, Brows, Lips & PMU, Skin and Barber, with no favorite among them. Whether you work on your own or with a team.
What does MyStudio cost?
There are two plans, Basic and Pro, plus Pro à la carte for single Pro features. We’ll announce prices at launch.
Do my clients pay to book?
No. Your clients book for free on your own booking page, around the clock, and only into times that are truly open.
Can I work with my team?
Yes. You set working hours, breaks and time off for each person, everyone gets their own color in the calendar, and roles and permissions decide who sees what. Commissions and tips are tracked for each person.
How do I move over from my current software?
With a CSV import. And it works the other way too: you can export your data any time.
Where does my data live, and how safe is it?
On servers in Germany, with daily backups. Each studio sees only its own data, every change is logged, and double bookings are ruled out right in the database.
Are there appointment reminders?
Yes, in the app today. Reminders by email and SMS are in the works.
What happens when an appointment opens up?
The app offers it to your waitlist.
Where, and in which languages, is MyStudio available?
In four languages, for your team and your clients: Deutsch, English, Українська and Русский. For studios in the EU, Switzerland, Ukraine and the US.
How does Pro à la carte work?
You add single Pro features to Basic. With two features you save 10%, with three 20%, with four 30%. It never costs more than the full Pro plan.
